Scrapbook Scribbles-Suns by mandy71480 Scrapbook Scribbles-Suns by mandy71480
Inspired by pricey scrapbooking stamps, these hand-drawn suns were scanned in and made into brushes for an economical alternative to those expensive store-bought stamps. Print these directly onto your scrapbook paper, or make homemade rub-ons and transfer them directly to your scrapbook pages. Not sure how to make home made rub ons? It's easy- all you need is an inkjet printer (not laser) and a sheet of transparency film. Mirror your stamped image and print on the GLOSSY or SHINY side of the paper and then let it dry for at least 15-20 minutes. Then place the sheet face-down in the spot you want the rub on to go and use your rub-on tool or a popsicle stick to transfer the rub on to your page. For a fresh-stamped look, transfer carefully to paper before letting it dry!

These of course can also be used for other art projects!

Shown on Basic Grey Buttercup Patterned Paper

Please credit and link back if using on any scrapbook site, so that others can enjoy these as well.

Thanks!

I was thinking early this morning that doing something like this would be great for the same reasons you mentioned. But since I don't have a scanner right now, I'm glad someone else thought of it!
